The short version
NO ACCOUNTS.
NO DATABASE.
NO OG TRACKING.
What we collect
Nothing. There is no sign-up, no login, no profile and no database behind this site. We do not ask for your name or your email, and we do not store your IP address or build a profile of what you looked at.
About that “OGs online” number
The live count is a simulation. It follows a curve shaped like the hours people actually watched cartoons, drifts a little, and is generated in your own browser.
If it is ever replaced by a real presence layer, it will stay ephemeral by design: a count of open connections, with no identity attached and nothing written down.
What is stored on your device
One thing: a session flag that remembers you have already seen the loading screen, so it does not replay every time you move between pages. It disappears when you close the tab.
Video
Most shows that play here are embedded from YouTube. The picture inside the TV is YouTube's player, running in a frame on this page — we do not host or serve those episodes ourselves.
YouTube is a third-party service, run by Google. When a YouTube player loads or you play something with it, YouTube may receive and process information about that request — such as your IP address, your device and browser, and which video was opened — and may set cookies or similar storage in your browser. That happens under Google’s own policies, not ours, and we have no access to what it collects. You can read what they do with it in the Google Privacy Policy.
A few things here are not YouTube: our own content and public-domain items are served straight from this site as plain static files, with no third-party platform involved.
OGCartoons itself still records nothing. Your playback position lives in the browser tab and dies with it — we do not log what you watched or how far you got, and we could not tell you later even if you asked.
Legal & copyright
OGCartoons does not host or distribute copyrighted television episodes, music or artwork. A show only becomes playable here when we are actually authorized to show it — our own content, properly licensed content, or public-domain content. Anything else stays a catalog entry, and says so.
Every piece of artwork here is generated from colour, type and pattern — no frames, stills or logos are reproduced. Show titles, characters and all associated rights belong to their respective owners.
There are no outbound links to streaming services anywhere on this site. Either an episode plays here, on the channel, or it does not play at all.
If you are a rights holder and would like an entry adjusted or removed, that request will be honoured.
